Public Sewer Services acquired by Adler and Allan

Specialist water and drainage company, Public Sewer Services (PSS) has been acquired by national environmental risk reduction services business, Adler and Allan.

Adler and Allan enable utilities, energy, and industrial infrastructure owners to overcome the biggest environmental challenges of the 21st century reducing risk to the environment and their operation by managing assets compliantly while achieving commercial, ESG and Net-Zero goals.

This is Adler and Allan’s fourth acquisition in the utilities sector, and seventh overall in the last three years.

PSS will continue to provide an in-house one stop solution for all aspects of water and drainage including specialist drain lining, traditional open cut excavation, tankering, CCTV, blockage clearance and root cutting.

This acquisition strengthens PSS position giving customers access to a larger range of capabilities, expertise, and equipment, which will ultimately make the supply chain more resilient.
